Rotor rewinding, Stator Maintenance and repair of bearings of the U5 electric generator of 203.6 MVA, 18 kV, 3600 RPM of the GE brand.
The scope of the service includes:
- Commissioning.
- Disassembly of the electric generator.
- Rotor removal.
- Inspection, cleaning and non-destructive tests.
- Work to be done on the rotor.
- Repair of generator bearings.
- Review and repair of air and hydrogen seals of the generator.
- Stator maintenance.
- Assembly of the generator.
- Electrical tests after the assembly of the generator.
- Checks prior to start-up and in operation.
